After a sudden divorce or painful separation, many women find themselves living in a constant state of stress without fully understanding why. This can continue for months or even years, showing up as anxiety, racing thoughts, poor sleep, emotional overwhelm, hyper-vigilance, fatigue, muscle tension, digestive issues, or emotional numbness.
This 6-week live online course helps women understand why their body is still holding on to the shock of that experience - and, more importantly, how to begin moving out of survival mode and into greater calm, clarity, and emotional stability.
