After a sudden divorce or painful separation, many women find themselves living in a constant state of stress without fully understanding why. This can continue for months or even years, showing up as anxiety, racing thoughts, poor sleep, emotional overwhelm, hyper-vigilance, fatigue, muscle tension, digestive issues, or feeling emotionally numb.

This 6-week live online course helps women understand why their body is still holding on to the shock of that experience — and, more importantly, how to shift out of survival mode for good.

Through neuroscience-based education, somatic healing, and HeartMath research, participants leave each session with greater clarity, inner stability, and practical tools they can use immediately to calm anxiety, sleep more deeply, regulate their emotions, and begin rebuilding a stronger relationship with themselves and their lives.

The course runs entirely live on Zoom, with a weekly Q&A time built into each session.
