After divorce or betrayal, the idea of dating can feel exciting, terrifying, or maybe a little bit ridiculous. You don't have to be fully healed, or even sure you’re ready, to be here.
This 2-hour workshop will be a chance to learn about trust, mindset, and confidence, as you start venturing into the dating world.
We’ll also discuss strategies to protect yourself in dating.

TRUST
Trust
This is a big question - how do you trust after you’ve been betrayed? We’ll go in-depth on this topic, exploring how you might be more ready than you think.
MINDSET
Mindset
Mindset is so important when getting out in the dating world. We’ll explore how to re-frame your thinking when it comes to dating, to help you feel more in control.
CONFIDENCE
Confidence
Being cheated on, abandoned, these things can really impact your confidence. We’ll do an exercise to help you see yourself more clearly and positively, and feel better about yourself.
Meet Your Coach
Hi, I'm Michele! Some of you may know me from retreats, where I've been Vikki's assistant, but you may not know I’m also her daughter. So when it comes to wife abandonment, I've seen it firsthand.
I'm a certified life coach, and was doing traditional life coaching, when I went through a very difficult relationship and an unexpected breakup, and it changed my path.
As I processed that shock and heartbreak, I developed my own strategies for healing, and an approach to dating in a more confident and empowered way.
Now I support women through the dating process and in finding healthy love. I can't wait to share this with you.
